Sports Facilities Management Art Department Wins Silver Addy Award

This past week, Sports Facilities Management (SFM) headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, had reason to celebrate as they were recognized by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the American Advertising Federation at their annual Addy Awards. SFM won a silver Addy award for their work for SFM Network facility, Community First Champion Center.

The SFM art department, led by Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Ashley Whittaker, and Graphic Designer Tristan Makaroff, attended the award ceremony in Tampa on February 20 and was a winner among the region’s top agencies and marketers.

About this recognition, Ashley Whittaker commented: “To be recognized for the work we do, and to stand in the same class as some of our region’s top agencies, is not only a win for our department, but for our company at large. We serve our clients in unique ways, by bringing their brands, story, and message to life. I am proud to lead a team who is creating award-winning work for our clients. Together, we are casting the vision for the next greatest athlete to step into one of our venues.”

SFM entered several pieces into the competition and ultimately won in the Advertising and Promotions category with their animated GIF ads for Community First Champion Center (pictured below).
